Abstract

In order to determine glacier variations, photogrammetric measurements and especiaIly terrestrial photogrammetric surveys have become increasingly important because they can be carried out accurately and quickly. As part of the GGU programme for regional mapping of the hydroelectric potential of glaciers in West Greenland, a photogrammetric survey was carried out at Qamanarssup serrnia in 1980 and in Johan Dahl Land in 1982. The survey was carried out by staff members from the Geological Institute, Aarhus University.
