The lithostratigraphical subdivision of the Jurassic deposits in the Norwegian-Danish Basin is revised. The Fjerritslev Formation is emended and divided into four members. The Haldager formation is emended and divided into two members. It is proposed to include the Skagen Formation in the Frederikshavn Member, which together with the Børglum Member is included in the Bream Formation. Isopach maps of the individual Iithostratigraphical units are presented. The sedimentary history of the basin is described.
