  • GEUS Bulletin

    GEUS Bulletin (eISSN: 2597-2154) is the current flagship journal published by the Geological Survey of Denmark and Greenland (GEUS). Previously, the Geological Survey of Denmark and Greenland Bulletin (eISSN: 1904-4666). We are peer-reviewed and diamond open access. GEUS Bulletin publishes geoscience research papers, monographs and map descriptions for Denmark, Greenland and the Arctic region. We believe that open science benefits scientists, industry and society, so we do not charge publication fees and all our articles can be freely downloaded online. IF 2019: 0.680  5-year IF: 0.656

  • Geological Survey of Denmark and Greenland Map Series

    Geological Survey of Denmark and Greenland Map Series was published by the Geological Survey of Denmark and Greenland (GEUS) between 2004 and 2019. This series consisted of eight peer-reviewed descriptive texts to accompany geoscientific maps of Denmark, the Faeroe Islands and Greenland including off-shore areas. These were single-issue works produced by GEUS-affiliated scientists and reviewed by independent experts.

  • Geology of Greenland Survey Bulletin

    Geology of Greenland Survey Bulletin was published by the Geological Survey of Greenland (GGU) between 1997 and 2002. It consists of 18 printed volumes of peer-reviewed monographs and research articles relevant to Greenland geology and gesocience. This series replaced two earlier series: Grønlands Geologiske Undersøgelse Bulletin (1948–1996) and Grønlands Geologiske Undersøgelse Rapport (1964–1996). GGU merged with the Geological Survey of Denmark (DGU) in 1995 to form a single organisation, GEUS. The two surveys maintained their own scientific series until these too were merged into one, GEUS Bulletin, in 2003.

  • Geology of Denmark Survey Bulletin

    Geology of Denmark Survey Bulletin was published by the Geological Survey of Denmark (DGU) between 1998 and 2001. It consists of two printed volumes of peer-reviewed monographs and research articles relevant to Danish geology and gesocience. This series replaced former series Danmarks Geologiske Undersøgelse Serie (A–D) and Række (1–5). DGU merged with the Geological Survey of Greenland (GGU) in 1995 to form a single organisation, GEUS. The two surveys maintained their own scientific series until these too were merged into one, GEUS Bulletin, in 2003.

    Rapport Grønlands Geologiske Undersøgelse was published by the Grønlands Geologiske Undersøgelse (Geological Survey of Greenland; GGU) between 1964 and 1995. It consists of 165 printed volumes of peer-reviewed monographs and research articles relevant to Greenland geology and gesocience. GGU merged with the Geological Survey of Denmark (DGU) in 1995 to form a single organisation, GEUS. The two surveys maintained their own scientific series until these too were merged into one, GEUS Bulletin, in 2003.

    Danmarks Geologiske Undersøgelse Serie A was published by the Geological Survey of Denmark (Danmarks Geologiske Undersøgelse; DGU) between 1976 and 1995. It consists of 35 printed volumes of peer-reviewed monographs and research articles relevant to Danish geology and gesocience. This series replaced Danmarks Geologiske Undersøgelse (I–V). Række. DGU merged with the Geological Survey of Greenland (GGU) in 1995 to form a single organisation, GEUS. The two surveys maintained their own scientific series until these too were merged into one, GEUS Bulletin, in 2003.
